Battery Receiving & Verification SOP

  • Verify transporter authorization (CPCB Form-10 Manifest)
  • Inspect for leakage, damage & improper packaging
  • Record batch details in CPCB-approved digital logbook
  • Store in spill-proof, acid-resistant containment
  • Label as per Schedule II – Hazardous Waste Rules

Battery Breaking & Material Separation SOP

  • Mechanical breaking under controlled ventilation
  • Lead grids, lead paste & PP plastic separated
  • Fume extraction system active during operations
  • Daily cleaning to prevent lead dust accumulation
  • No manual breaking permitted

Hazardous Waste Storage & Dispatch SOP

Standard Operating Procedure To Sell Your Scraps

Our team of experts will inspect the materials. Based on the inspection results, a detailed quotation will be prepared and shared with your team.
Get quotations and market rates based on scrap prices per kilogram or per piece. We guarantee competitive and transparent pricing.
As per seller requirements, we will provide all necessary company details and complete the vendor registration process.
The seller will provide a sale order confirmation with detailed scrap descriptions. We will share our Pollution Control Board Authorization Certificate, Consent for Operation Certificate, and EPR Registration documents for validation.
Beneficiary details will be collected after sale order confirmation. Payment schedules and terms will be finalized for each consignment, and all transactions will follow applicable tax regulations.
  • Proper handling and transportation of scrap materials are our responsibility.
  • Form 10 or e-Manifest will be provided during lifting.
  • Our lifting team is equipped with safety shoes, helmets, gloves, and face masks.
  • All lifting activities are carried out according to EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) norms.
Once recycling is completed, all formalities are finalized and a Destruction Certificate is issued to the seller as proof of responsible recycling.
